This is the first scratchboard, human portrait that I have done and it is of my dad. I have made many scratchboard portraits of cats and dogs, and earlier this year for the first time, made some of birds.
Portraying skin on scratchboard is quite the challenge. After finishing this piece I began a new one. I will probably see you in a few months!
