I made this little scratchboard while I was vacationing at St. Pete Beach in Florida. I did not bring any colored inks with me and my original plan was to add color to it when I got back home. I have decided to leave it black and white. I usually work with the colored inks as I go along, not after finishing an entire drawing. I was concerned about what might happen with adding color at the end and I kind of like the piece the way it is now.
The weather was perfect at the beach. I felt relaxed.
